WHAT IS E DESIGN?
E design is a way of providing interior design services digitally, the process is done over email or on the phone and therefore makes interior design services affordable for everyone, as we can cut out extra fees i.e. Travel and consultation time. When everything is done digitally it provides a great deal of flexibility making it the convenient choice for everyone. When you receive your design package you will be equipped with everything you need to implement your new scheme at your own pace.
DO YOU NEED TO VISIT MY HOUSE?
No, because we design a scheme you will love from the measurements and photographs you will provide (we will help you with what and how to measure the space.) This means house visits are not necessary. However, if you really would like us to visit to assist with measurements or more in-depth discussions then this can be arranged for an extra fee.
HOW LONG WILL THE PROCESS TAKE?
Depending on the scale of your project, we aim to have your finished design scheme sent across to you within 14-28 days from your initial layout approval. This gives us the time to make sure we source the most cost-effective pieces for your budget.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT LIKE MY DESIGN?
We are confident that this will not happen as we will communicate and discuss with you throughout the process to ensure we are going in the right direction with your style preferences, however if for any reason you aren’t happy we will make revisions in line with your chosen package.
WHAT BENEFITS WILL I GET FROM CHOOSING YOU TO DO OUR INTERIOR DESIGN SCHEMES?
Aside from the fact we are super friendly and have lots of design experience, we work with various different suppliers and will be able to offer your trade discounts which we have sourced directly from them. These discounts are not generally available unless you have a business trade account. Passing these discounts on to you is part of our ethos that good design is something that everybody should benefit from.

We also have a good relationship with an experienced and reputable paint spraying company that are able to provide services such as up-cycling of furniture and kitchen cabinetry spraying, plus you can choose from any Farrow & Ball colour range.
CAN YOU ADAPT YOUR PACKAGES TO SUIT MY NEEDS?
Yes, if there is something you have in mind that is less or more than the packages we provide just get in touch and we can discuss your needs together.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY FINISHED SCHEME?
Everything will be done digitally, so your finished scheme will be in the form of a beautiful pdf presentation sent to your email address. Depending on which package your choose we could also send paint and fabric samples to you in the post.
